Natural Organic Grasses
for Grass Loving Pets:
Our Natural Grass is tender and
marsupials love the sweet taste. Our natural
wheat grass can be grown indoors all year round on any
window sill. It does not need direct sunlight.
Wallabies will graze on grass, (make
sure it is not sprayed with chemicals or poisons). A
grass hay can be used and or substituted when grass is
unavailable (example; in the winter). They are foragers
by nature and enjoy grazing. They will also like to
graze on fresh leaves and shrubs, do not spray, and be
prepared that they will eat your shrubs and leaves.
Marsupials have delicate digestive systems. It's a good
idea to consult with various experienced breeders and
veterinarians before trying anything new.
To keep the wallaby's teeth and gums healthy and supply
additional nutrients and variety you can feed apples,
carrots, sweet potatoes, grapes, grape vine and apple
tree twigs. MANY commercial and non-commercial grape
growers use heavy chemicals, be certain the vines, fruit
or tree twigs are not treated. If not providing, a
full-supplemented wallaby diet supplement selenium and
vitamin E.
They can eat raw fruits, vegetables, and wheat bread.
Cole-type foods such as cabbage and broccoli will give
the wallaby a terrible tummy-ache and should be avoided.
It can also give them gas and drive the toughest person
out of the house.

Sowing the Seeds of Love
Bring the Outdoors In...
If your animal has never seen a blade of grass,
then what are you waiting for?
An indoor
garden can provide safe, simple fun for you
and your pet. A pet-grass garden is easy
and quick to grow. About 10 days after
you plant most grasses, your pet can munch on them.
We offer a blend of organic seeds -- 25%
Organic Barley; 25% Organic Flax Seed and 50%
Organic Wheat. These grasses provide safe and
enjoyable treats for your pet.
If you need to keep your
budget to a minimum we even offer loose
seeds... all you do is plant them in your own
pots and soil.
Although pet
grasses are ready to eat about 10 days after planting,
catnip and other herbs can take up to 12 weeks
to reach an edible size.
Resist the temptation to buy
a grass flat from a home improvement warehouse or
nursery unless it is organically grown.
Growers often use pesticides and fertilizers
that may harm your pet. If you buy our
seeds to plant in your own pots and soil, use
sterilized soil to avoid exposing your pet to
parasites and other potential diseases.
Happy
Gardening!
